Booking Policies

Thank you for choosing Crowned RoyalTy Artistry by D’Fined Beauty. Please review the policies below before booking your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be charged a $25 cancellation fee. This fee may be charged to the card on file or added to your next service.

Late / Last-Minute Appointments

Late or last-minute appointments may be subject to an additional fee of $45 to $75, depending on the service and timing.

Day-Off Service Fee

Same-day or off-day appointments may incur an additional $100 service fee.

Guests and Children

No extra guests or children are allowed at appointments unless previously approved.

Arrival Time

Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early for your appointment.

Service Selection

Please book the style or service you want at the time of booking. Services may not be changed once your appointment is confirmed.

No Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. Please make sure you are satisfied with your completed service before leaving the salon. Crowned RoyalTy Artistry is not responsible for issues caused by improper at-home care or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Photos and Publicity

Please inform your stylist or receptionist if your appointment is for publication, professional photography, editorial use, or media purposes. We reserve the right to request proper credit, tag, or mention when our work is featured.

Respectful Behavior

Disruptive behavior, bullying, hate speech, spam, or abusive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of the appointment.
